Technical documentation

Ask for the DrJ review and application guidance that apply to your selected treatment, lumber and intended exposure. Species, dimensions, installation and project requirements matter.

Current warranty terms

Request the complete written terms before ordering. Confirm eligible products, registration, coverage dates, exclusions, remedies and the claim procedure—not just the headline period.

Certificates & handling

Ask for the current product-specific emissions certificate, safety information and guidance for storage, cutting, field treatment and installation.

  • Treatment you’re considering: 2200, 2200EX, 3300 or 4400.
  • Lumber species, dimensions and approximate quantity.
  • Job location, intended use and expected exposure.
  • Builder, designer or building-official document requirements.
  • Order or treatment identification, if already purchased.

REZWOOD is treated by Texas Wood Tech using TechWood protective wood-treatment technology supplied by Chemical Technologies Holding Corporation (ChemTech), the company behind TechWood. Applicable TechWood limited warranties are provided by ChemTech—not by DrJ—and are subject to the complete written terms.

Technical evaluation, certification and warranty coverage are separate. Original documents retain their issuer, identification and conditions. We’ll help confirm which documents apply; building officials and project professionals still receive any required reports and installation information.
